The PGA WORKS Fellowship is one of the flagship programs of PGA REACH. The PGA WORKS Fellowship is designed to create an all-inclusive experience for young professionals who are ready to kickstart their career in the game of golf, and it aspires to be the most valuable entry-level employment opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds to garner experience in all facets of the golf industry. For the Middle Atlantic PGA, the fellowship provides a twelve month paid immersion in the section’s operations designed to help house development and gain new skill sets in all facets of the golf industry.
PGA REACH launched the PGA WORKS Fellowship in 2017, and by 2025 has placed PGA WORKS Fellows in more than half of the 41 PGA Sections.
