Since its inception in 1990, the Middle Atlantic PGA Foundation has gained prominence by providing some of the best junior golf opportunities in the region for all skill levels and ages. Reaching more than 2,500 junior golfers annually, the Middle Atlantic PGA Foundation believes that the values and skills learned through junior golf can positively impact a child for the rest of their life.
With six tournament different programs, the MAPGA Foundation is proud to help grow this great game and create lifelong golfers.
The MAPGA Foundation also believes in the value of education and awarding college scholarships. The Military Pillar of the MAPGA Foundation provides golf as a therapeutic rehabilitation tool for all military Veterans and helps raise money for educational support to spouses and children of America’s fallen and wounded soldiers.
Currently the MAPGA Foundation helps local organizations that are run by PGA Professionals who are impacting our military every day. Our goal will always remain to assist our PGA Professionals in this pillar both with our time and resources.
A few of our local programs include the Links to Freedom Fort Belvoir, the Salute Military Golf Association (SMGA), and the MAPGA Military Pro-Am in partnership with Folds of Honor.
As the leaders in growing the game of golf, the MAPGA Foundation helps local organizations introduce the game to as many people as possible and supports consumer events looking to add a fun element at their event.
Currently the MAPGA Foundation works with the following organizations and events. If you or your organization would like to have the MAPGA be a part of your event, please contact us at email@example.com
